Job summary

CHAOS Industries, headquartered in London, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the primary local IT contact. You will resolve technical issues, manage device provisioning, and support executive meetings in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in IT support, with hands-on experience in MDM and enterprise IT operations. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday with competitive base salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, white‑glove technical support to executive leadership and staff via ticketing, email, phone, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Provide hands-on support for critical meetings, including video conferencing systems and collaboration platforms.
• Onboard/offboard including account provisioning, device setup, and orientation/training for new employees.
• Administer MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf, device enrollment, and security controls.
• Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH.
• Contribute to IT initiatives, system upgrades, and software deployments.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.
• Work full-time onsite Monday-Friday.
