Job summary

BCM One is seeking an IT Support Specialist III in London to handle senior helpdesk escalations and systems administration for a global team. The role combines on-site and remote tasks with flexible hours to overlap US/NZ teams, and may involve occasional travel.

You will administer Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and AD, while driving security, automation and process improvements across the IT landscape. A strong candidate has 3+ years in IT support and a passion for proactive service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT helpdesk and systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server OS, Linux, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Security-conscious with certifications such as Security+, CISSP or similar a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for IT inquiries, delivering Tier 1 and 2 support.
• Support software, hardware, and network inquiries; maintain user satisfaction.
• Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and cloud services.
