Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer in London to lead 2nd-level on-site IT support across the organization. You will handle device builds, deployments, and refreshes, while managing requests via in-person, email, and Zoom.

You will provide concierge IT support for executives and onboard new hires with timely access setup. The role requires strong AD, Intune, Azure, and Windows knowledge, plus ITSM experience (ServiceNow).

Qualifications

• Windows & Microsoft technologies expertise including AD, Intune, and Azure.
• Experience delivering on-site IT support for executives and general staff.
• Strong ITSM experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level onsite support, including device builds, rebuilds, backups, deployments, and technology refreshes.
• Manage service requests and incidents through in-person, email, and Zoom.
• Deliver concierge IT support services for executives.
• Facilitate IT inductions for new hires, ensuring timely access and onboarding.
• Build, update, and improve internal KB articles and technical documentation.
