Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver high-quality, customer-focused IT support across designated business divisions. The role provides on-site technical support to executive-level stakeholders and acts as the IT face for the division.

Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will visit regional offices and sites, proactively engaging with leaders and maintaining strong service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site IT support to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and mobile device issues within SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site IT support across regional offices, construction sites and sales offices.
• Provide executive support ensuring business-critical tech remains operational for senior leaders.
• Conduct regular visits to offices and sites to proactively engage with customers.
• Respond quickly to incidents across the division to minimise disruption.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and mobile device issues.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room tech and peripherals.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure AD, Intune, VPN connectivity and business apps.
