Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver high-quality IT support across multiple operating companies and central London offices. You will engage with executive stakeholders and perform on-site visits to regional offices, construction sites and sales offices.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and mobile issues, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing proactive support to minimise disruption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional on-site IT support across four operating companies, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Provide dedicated executive support, ensuring business-critical technology used by senior leaders remains fully operational and responding rapidly to issues affecting executive users.
• Carry out regular scheduled visits to regional offices, sales offices and construction sites to provide proactive IT support and maintain strong customer engagement.
• Respond quickly to urgent service-affecting incidents across the division, travelling to locations where on-site intervention is required to restore business services.
• Diagnose and resolve a broad range of hardware, software, networking and mobile technology issues within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room technology and associated peripherals.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure AD, Intune, VPN connectivity and business applications.
