Job summary

Kocho in London is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver on-site and remote IT support for enterprise clients. You will manage incidents from initial request to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows, networks, and cloud services, plus strong communication. Hours span 7am–7pm with eight-hour shifts across client sites in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT field, preferably in financial/MSP sectors.
• VIP support and on-site customer support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for clients via phone or on-site.
• Respond to alerts, diagnose incidents, and escalate when needed.
• Document progress in ticketing system and ensure SLAs.
• Manage stock and site equipment, and support onsite engineers as required.
