Qualifications

• 10+ years of desktop support experience (L3 level).
• Executive-level support experience with ability to manage high-stakes requests.
• Proactive issue resolution using ServiceNow, GenAI bots, and predictive diagnostics.
• Ability to coordinate fast vendor escalations.
• Must be able to commute to London in a reasonable time.
