We believe when our people do well, our work does well, our clients do well, and our patients do well, inspiring even more wellness in the world. We sum it up in two small words… Do Well.
That’s the what, but the how is guided by four defining principles – curious, creative, discerning, brave. These are the values we look for and nurture in others and ourselves, underpinning as they do a culture of collaborative entrepreneurialism that drives high-performance.
As our Executive Creative Director, you will define the agency’s creative culture. This is a culture that recognises the commercial value of creative innovation and excellence in award-winning craft and execution.

Day to day, you will directly manage and mentor a Senior Creative Team, including a Creative Director and Associate Creative Directors.
Understanding that new business is the lifeblood of any agency; you will actively and expertly drive efforts to attract new assignments, stepping into lead pitches directly.
It is also expected that you will have a high degree of commercial acumen, appreciating the operating requirements of the business and the need to balance creative reputation with growth and revenues.
Whilst you do not need to have direct experience of working in health, you will be passionate about taking the opportunity to join a sector where brand purpose is baked in.
You are an experienced industry professional with proven creative leadership and well-developed general agency management skills. As the creative figurehead for the agency, you will also be a highly regarded industry figure, with an award-winning creative portfolio of your own. This, combined with your enviable presentation skills, infectious vision and pragmatic approach make you a natural champion of great work.
As a strong conceptual and strategic thinker, you believe in the power of creativity to create business advantage. You have demonstrable expertise in communication campaign development, along with a well-developed appreciation of user-design and execution across multiple channels and touchpoints.
