CBRE is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support within the Occupier Hub Executive team in London. You will manage calendars for multiple stakeholders, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle expense claims, events, and e-filing with discretion.
The role requires about 2 years of PA experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and strong IT proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
