CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Occupier Hub Executive team in London.

You will manage diaries, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, handle expense claims and oversee e-filing while organizing internal and client events. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work autonomously within a team.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ PA experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and sensitivity around confidentiality.
  • Adaptable - Able to manage the team’s changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and format legal documents, including NDAs, deeds of variation and termination
  • 2 years’ PA experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a wider team.
