You will manage diaries, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, handle expense claims and oversee e-filing while organizing internal and client events. Qualifications

  • 2 years’ PA experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and sensitivity around confidentiality.
  • Adaptable - Able to manage the team’s changing priorities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support within the Occupier Hub Executive team, to ensure that their needs and the clients’ needs are always met. You will have approximately 4 key stakeholders to support and, from time to time, may be required to assist other members of the wider department.

What You Will Need
  • Provide high quality, proactive administrative support to your key stakeholders and the wider team members, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Extensive and occasionally complex diary management with an understanding of the team’s priorities – pro-actively manage the teams’ busy diaries, arranging both internal and client meetings, lunches and dinners. Booking meeting rooms.
  • Arranging domestic & international travel via our travel company. Arranging hotels and visas. Producing detailed itineraries.
  • Maintain the team’s pitch schedule.
  • Processing expense claims.
  • Full management of e-filing.
  • Organise internal and client events both onsite and offsite.
