Executive Assistant – Real Estate Team, Manchester

Join Mills & Reeve as an Executive Assistant. We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional to provide comprehensive support to our lawyers. You will be a natural organiser, easy to work with, and someone who thrives in a role that requires multi‑tasking and working with a variety of people across the business.

Key Activities
  • Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant services to lawyers and business professionals;
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning and expenses;
  • Support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications;
  • Provide exceptional client service and proactively progress tasks;
  • Assist with finance and billing, including preparing invoices and liaising with finance teams;
  • Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively; and
  • Draft correspondence, amend legal documents, and manage client spreadsheets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a professional services environment, ideally supporting lawyers or similar professionals;
  • A natural organiser, confident in managing multiple priorities and delegating tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to build sustainable relationships with colleagues and clients; and
  • Resilience, proactivity, and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
