Executive Assistant (3-Month Contract, Potential to Extend or Go Permanent)

Location:

Central London - Hybrid Working (Minimum 2 Days in Office)

Salary:

£25-£35 per hour (depending on experience) via umbrella company

Start Date:

ASAP (no longer than 2-week notice period)

Organisation:

Goodman Masson is partnering with a non-profit, global network of investors supported by the United Nations, promoting ESG integration in investment decisions. With thousands of signatories managing trillions in assets, this organisation advances sustainable finance.

Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Chiefs (based in the US and London) and collaborate with a wider team of EAs and senior stakeholders. The role is initially for 3 months, with potential for extension or permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide proactive diary management, international travel coordination, and logistical support across time zones.
  2. Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including senior stakeholder roundtables.
  3. Build and maintain relationships internally and externally, representing senior leadership.
  4. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track actions.
  5. Manage expenses and liaise with the finance team for invoices and subscriptions.
  6. Collaborate with the EA team for aligned support across the Executive Team.
  7. Occasional minute-taking responsibilities may be required.
Person Specification:
  1. Proven experience as a PA or EA supporting senior executives in a complex, international setting.
  2. Proficiency in EA skills: diary management, travel booking, stakeholder engagement, document prep.
  3. Experience supporting international or mission-driven organisations’ events.
  4. Strong organisational skills with multitasking ability.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative approach.
  6. Comfortable supporting stakeholders across varying time zones, especially US.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and proactive problem-solving mindset.
