The opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG consists of self-motivated EAs supporting our Partners and is a key part of our Core Business Services team. We focus on delivering exceptional service, supporting EY’s growth and profitability, aligned with our vision of building a better working world.

Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy collaborating with colleagues and understanding needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities may include:

Business support
  • Engagement maintenance: Support client engagement management, including tracking and reporting time & expenses, running reports, maintaining accurate client data, and assisting in billing processes.
  • Document management: Use firm standards to create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft tools.
  • Meetings & events: Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and small events; liaise with teams for larger events; manage travel arrangements; and independently handle multiple calendars.
Teaming
  • Participate in meetings and learning events; engage in team initiatives and projects; provide backup support for colleagues; and cover reception duties as needed.

Minimum qualifications
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to learn customized software.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and team orientation.
