C&C Search is recruiting a superstar Executive Assistant to join a boutique private equity firm based in the West End. As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top level support to multiple senior executives ensuring their lives run smoothly day to day.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant role

• Extensive diary management
• Scheduling meetings and Board meetings often with last minute changes
• Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
• Arranging complex international travel with car hires, hotels and restaurants
• Being the main gatekeeper and point of contact for key stakeholders
• Planning conferences and events
• Full ownership of project management duties
