Executive Assistant

Location: London – 3 days in the office SE1 and EC4M

CBRE Project Management and Turner and Townsend joined forces at the beginning of 2025, and together, we are the only global, full-service building consulting, design, program, project and cost management offering in the world.

About the Role

Working in a fast-paced environment, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to three members of the management team. Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands are essential. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, as priorities can shift quickly. You will also bring a confident, professional personality, with the ability to network effectively and build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Draft confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Create, maintain, and update various databases. Gather, evaluate, and present data for management information reporting purposes.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients, and visitors as required.
  • Examine incoming letters and emails and distribute them, as necessary.
  • Handle requests and identify the appropriate course of action to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support meetings and conferences. Arrange domestic and international travel as needed.
  • Gather and analyse data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
  • Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience managing more than one diary
  • Experience working across time zones
  • 5 years plus experience in a PA capacity
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Advanced organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
