Executive Assistant Independent Financial Adviser

Part-time, 22.5 25 hours per week
Location: Worcester

We re looking for a highly organised and personable Executive Assistant to work 1:1 with an Independent Financial Adviser, providing dedicated support and helping to deliver a seamless client experience. This is a standalone role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

You ll be the Adviser s right hand managing diaries, preparing for client meetings, and handling day-to-day correspondence. From coordinating paperwork to liaising with clients and providers, you ll ensure that every interaction is handled with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 support to the Adviser
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting preparation
  • Prepare and organise client files and documentation
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, building positive relationships
  • Maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements
  • Liaise with providers and clients to progress cases smoothly
About You
  • Experienced PA/EA or senior administrator (financial services background is desirable)
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities
  • Strong communicator, professional but personable
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
  • Discreet, dependable, and able to work independently
