A leading global organisation within the beauty and personal care sector is seeking a highly professional and exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to support the EMEA General Manager. This role demands a polished, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellence at an executive level.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal position providing high-level support to a senior leader responsible for driving strategic growth across the region. You will act as a trusted partner to the GM, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and that communication across internal functions remains seamless.

The ideal candidate is composed, detail-driven, digitally fluent, and confident managing a wide scope of responsibilities—from executive administration to project coordination and cross‑functional communication.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the EMEA General Manager
  • Coordinate complex schedules, priorities, and cross‑functional projects
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, briefs, and documentation
  • Support weekly reporting and executive dashboards
Operational & Commercial Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Education, and regional teams
  • Support order tracking, delivery follow‑ups, and event / product launch forecasting
  • Contribute to sales enablement activities, including prospecting and CRM updates
  • Manage communication flows across teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Digital, Marketing & Communications Support
  • Assist in coordinating digital and social media activities across key channels
  • Support content planning, asset development, and online engagement
  • Collaborate with digital specialists on content scheduling and execution
  • Coordinate influencer and ambassador communications when required
Project Coordination
  • Assist with timelines, communication, and deliverables for marketing, trade, and publicity initiatives
  • Coordinate project materials, creative briefs, and education‑related assets
  • Refine presentation materials using Canva; Adobe Suite skills welcomed
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years’ experience in executive support, project management, administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a high‑pace, high‑expectation environment
  • Outstanding organisational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication style and strong stakeholder management capability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Monday.com advantageous
  • Confident using Canva; Adobe Suite and video editing skills considered a plus
  • Strong digital literacy and understanding of social media platforms
  • Interest in the beauty, personal care, or consumer lifestyle sectors preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously with high levels of responsibility
