Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to join our Birmingham team. You will support exam delivery, check‑in candidates, and ensure security and high‑quality customer service in a busy test centre environment.

You should hold school qualifications in English and Maths, be comfortable with Microsoft Office, and be available for a variety of shifts including early mornings and weekends. Pearson offers a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Maths.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to maintain exam/test security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify personal identification documents and explain testing process/rules.
• Proctor / invigilate candidates during their exam/test.
• Troubleshoot with internal IT to fix issues in the Test Centre.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
