Job summary

Pearson VUE operates a global network of Test Centres and is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to join the Chesterfield, Derbyshire team. The role involves welcoming candidates, checking in test-takers, and ensuring secure exam delivery with strong customer service in a quiet testing environment.

The successful applicant will support various shifts from early morning to late evening and weekends, with the potential to travel between centres.

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with all exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
• Invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
• Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues in the Test Centre.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
