Responsibilities

• Lead the property's commercial and sales plan, translating budgets into activity plans.
• Coach and develop the sales & events team with clear targets.
• Drive proactive sales activity and new business generation.
• Oversee enquiries for bedrooms, conferences, meetings, weddings, golf events.
• Ensure timely, professional responses to all enquiries.
• Conduct pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate weekly commercial and monthly meetings with leadership teams.
• Support promotion and marketing of conferences, weddings, and events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, wedding organisers and corporate clients.
• Ensure pricing, packages and promotions are correctly implemented.
• Monitor event profitability, space utilisation and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee event contracting, deposits and handovers.
• Review post-event feedback and rebooking opportunities.
• Maintain CRM, PMS and commercial data for forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, data protection, and safety standards.
