Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club in Maidstone is seeking an Event Executive to join our Sales Team. You’ll guide clients from event concept through to flawless delivery, creating memorable experiences and driving guest satisfaction.

You’ll prepare proposals and contracts, upsell services, and support the team with admin tasks while upholding our brand standards and hospitality excellence across all events.

Qualifications

• Experience in events and hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet orders.
• Create information packs and promotional materials.
• Use sales techniques to maximise revenue and guest loyalty.
• Represent the brand image both internally and externally.
• Act as primary contact for clients and guests with clear information about facilities.
• Support Sales & Marketing with administrative tasks.
