About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Event Catering Supervisor to support their catering operations in Randburg. This role involves overseeing the smooth execution of catering services at various events, ensuring high standards of food presentation and customer service. You will lead a team of catering staff on-site, manage setup and breakdown, and act as the primary point of contact for clients during events. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences, with some remote coordination required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.


• Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
