Biffa is hiring a Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator in Southampton. The role focuses on day-to-day depot operations, allocating vehicles, and routing to ensure service excellence. You will maintain health & safety and environmental compliance while supporting a high-performance transport team.

Ideal candidates will optimise routes, manage driver availability, and handle administrative tasks such as payroll and tachograph records. A proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications
