Job summary

Portico is recruiting a part-time Evening Workplace Host for our London offices of a world-renowned bank. The role focuses on office presentation and delivering an exceptional customer experience for internal and external visitors.

Responsibilities include resetting meeting rooms, restocking pantries and stationery hubs, and ensuring desks/spaces are ready for the next day; DBS/finance checks are required.

Qualifications

• Partnerships with cleaning and engineering suppliers through regular communication.
• Collaborate with Community Hosts to deliver fit-for-purpose spaces.
• Strong English and communication skills.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Proficient IT skills for logging and tracking jobs.
• Corp environment experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Reset meeting rooms and restock pantries and stationery hubs.
• Ensure desks and flexible spaces are ready for the next day.
• Raise issues through the helpdesk and coordinate with suppliers.
• Be a friendly face for clients and visitors to the office.
