Job summary

Warner Hotels’ Studley Castle in rural Warwickshire is recruiting a Duty Manager for 2pm–10pm shifts. You’ll be the face and heartbeat of the hotel, leading from the front to ensure exceptional guest experiences while coordinating across departments and hotel leaders.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step up from supervisory duties toward department management, with strong emphasis on leadership, safety, service excellence and brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory role.
• Proven guest service track record.
• Knowledge of health & safety best practices.
• First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active management presence across guest areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department leaders to deliver consistent service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Oversee safety, fire marshal duties and incident reporting.
• Manage the Duty Manager rota for peak periods and holidays.
• Model Glow values and leadership across the team.
