Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Studley Castle in Warwickshire. You will lead service shifts, coach staff, and uphold high standards to ensure memorable dining experiences for guests during your shift.

As face of hospitality, you will deliver exceptional service, manage guest queries, and drive service excellence while collaborating with managers and leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Level 3 certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as on shift leader across the department.
• Monitor standards and efficiency; coordinate with managers.
• Provide on-shift support and guidance to teams.
• Reallocate resources during busy periods to maintain service levels.
• Motivate teams and lead by example with a positive, collaborative approach.
• Serve as main guest contact during the shift; handle queries and VIPs.
