Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially SAP and Manhattan.
• Strong Excel and data analysis to drive dispatch accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work on an evening shift and support a team on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Trailer Execution: dispatch of outbound freight on the PM shift with correct stock loaded efficiently and safely.
• Manage Carrier Check-Ins & Departures: act as the main on-site contact for drivers and carriers, guiding loading and yard timelines.
• Guarantee Flawless Documentation & Customs Compliance: own outbound paperwork and ensure accurate delivery notes and customs data.
• Support Team Leadership & Floor Coordination: assist the Team Leader with day-to-day tasks and on-floor direction, including stand-in duties.
• Drive System & Dispatch Accuracy: ensure movements, load confirmations and dispatch records are captured in systems with data integrity.
• Troubleshoot Outbound Discrepancies: investigate and resolve loading errors and stock/paperwork queries with planners and commercial teams.
