L’Oréal is seeking a Flows Planning Administrator at Trafford Distribution Centre for a fixed 9-month maternity cover. You will plan inbound/outbound operations, coordinate with factories, suppliers and customers, and support daily supply chain processes to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day inbound/outbound operations and be a key contact for factories, suppliers, transport companies and customers.
• Support daily processes with Supply Chain and O2C teams to deliver the business.
• Be responsible for integrating FEX files and building daily dispatch and collection schedules.
• Drive KPIs for sustainability and cost-to-serve in line with Our Future.
• Ensure documentation is managed and processed in line with group and legal norms.
• Serve customers to the highest possible standard.
