Job summary

L’Oréal is hiring a PM Flows Transport Admin for an evening shift on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. You will be the operational heartbeat of outbound shipments, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time dispatch while collaborating with a driven team.

You’ll manage carrier check-ins, handle paperwork and customs details, and support the Team Leader with on-floor direction. Strong WMS, SAP/Manhattan experience and solid Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS systems, SAP or Manhattan.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Organized, proactive and able to adapt to fast-paced logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound trailer dispatch and loading to meet departure windows.
• Act as main on-site contact for transport drivers and carriers.
• Prepare and verify transport paperwork and customs information.
• Support Team Leader and coordinate floor activities.
• Ensure dispatch records and movements are accurately recorded in systems.
• Investigate and resolve last-minute loading discrepancies.
