Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Flows Planning Administrator at Trafford Distribution Centre for a fixed 12-month contract. You will coordinate inbound and outbound activities, liaise with factories, suppliers and transport providers, and build daily despatch schedules while supporting the team to achieve KPIs and cost objectives.

In this role you will ensure documentation compliance and operate within safety and quality standards, contributing to smooth, on-time deliveries in a dynamic logistics

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day inbound and outbound operations and be a key contact for factories, suppliers, transport companies and customers.
• Coordinate integration of FEX files and build daily despatch and collection schedules.
• Support teams to efficiently manage daily processes and deliver KPIs and cost-to-serve goals.
• Ensure documentation is managed in line with group and legal norms.
