Job summary

L’Oréal, the global beauty leader, is seeking a PM Flows Transport Admin for an evening shift on a 6-month fixed-term contract in the UK. You will coordinate outbound transport, drive the dispatch of loads, and ensure documentation and stock controls are accurate to hit strict departure windows.

Working with the Team Leader and transport planners, you’ll use SAP/Manhattan WMS and Excel to analyse data, maintain dispatch records, and resolve last‑minute issues to keep operations safe, compliant

Qualifications

• Experience with WM Systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Outbound trailer execution: dispatch and load outbound freight on PM shift to hit departure windows.
• Carrier check-ins & departures: liaise with drivers on-site, guide loading and manage yard timelines.
• Documentation & customs: prepare and verify transport paperwork, delivery notes and customs info.
• Support Team Leader: assist operators, issue daily task instructions, standby Team Leader duties.
• Drive system & dispatch accuracy: capture movements and dispatch data with integrity.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies: investigate loading errors and stock/paperwork queries with planners.
