Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Studley Castle in Warwickshire. The role leads service shifts, coaches teams, and maintains high standards to deliver memorable dining experiences. Salary is 28,594 per annum and comes with benefits within a historic 209-bedroom hotel.

You will work closely with managers to ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations, exceptional guest interactions, and compliance with safety, hygiene, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Level 3 food safety certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead service shifts and supervise colleagues across restaurant and bar operations.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, VIPs and special requests with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor upselling opportunities and manage cash handling and billing processes.
• Prepare shift handovers and reports; communicate urgent matters to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with managers and teams to meet guest needs and maintain service levels.
