Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking a French Customer Services Advisor for our Milton Keynes office. The role is temporary to permanent, with an hourly rate of £15.14 and 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm shifts, including weekend rotation.

As the first point of contact for a global customer base, you will deliver high-quality service in French and English. After probation, hybrid work options apply; the permanent package includes a £30,900 salary per year and weekly timesheet pay.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers with orders or questions.
• Inform customers of deals and discounts available.
• Assist with ad hoc inquiries such as order status, delivery costs, returns, cancellations, and complaints.
