Otis is seeking a Customer Care Champion for a part-time 20-hour-per-week role in Leicester, based in Otisline. You will manage calls, dispatch work orders, and log information in CRM while supporting technicians and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from technicians, service delivery managers and customers.
• Dispatch work orders by telephone or email within the process and timeframe.
• Ensure all relevant job and customer information is captured and updated in CRM.
• Follow required procedures when answering alarm calls.
• Log Insurance Inspectors reports on CRM.
