Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Leicester is seeking a Customer Care Champion to join the Otisline Contact Centre on a late shift. The role is 20 hours per week, from 4pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday, based at Otisline in Leicester.

You will manage calls, dispatch work orders, capture customer data in CRM, handle alarm calls, and maintain the OtisLine email inbox, providing excellent service and support. Training will be provided, with opportunities to upskill within the centre.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from Technicians, Service Delivery Managers and Customers.
• Dispatch work orders created by telephone or email within the agreed process and timeframe.
• Ensure all relevant job and customer information is captured and updated in CRM.
• Follow required procedures when answering alarm calls.
• Manage the OtisLine email inbox identifying and completing the correct action.
• Log Insurance Inspectors reports on CRM.
