Job summary

Otisline Customer Care Champion role based in Leicester requires dispatching work orders to technicians, sharing accurate ETAs, and keeping CRM updated. You’ll manage calls within SLA, maintain quality, and may assist other CCC teams as needed.

Hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to upskill within our global organization. Otis offers intensive training, long-term employment with a crisis-proof leader, and clear paths for growth as you develop both technical and soft

Responsibilities

• Dispatch WOs to technicians quickly after issue verification.
• Provide technicians ETA to customers when needed.
• Update WOs in CRM to ensure visibility for the team.
• Maintain a high standard of call quality.
• Support other CCC teams occasionally.
