Job summary

Radius is seeking a Finance Project Manager to join the Financial Operations team in Crewe. You will lead the PMO, drive key finance projects for the Fuel and EV unit, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategy.

You will build robust plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and craft clear communications to leadership. A customer-focused mindset and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• PM certification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP/MoP) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience delivering projects.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and project planning tools.
• Experience with software like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to diversify approach according to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PMO and produce regular management information for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with IT on development requests from start to finish and provide updates.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure tasks stay on track.
• Present monthly planning meetings to review statuses and priorities.
• Gather accurate task details from business teams and managers.
• Identify time-saving changes to reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
• Create clear diagrams and maps using Visio or similar tools.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party suppliers for projects.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager to understand capacity and resource opportunities.
• Assess risks, benefits, and impacts of proposed improvements.
