Job summary

Bank of Ireland's Marshall Leasing division is seeking a proactive Fleet Account Manager to drive delivery targets and expand product take-up across customer fleets. You will manage complex relationships, handle credit renewals and KYC, and shape vehicle policies for EV transitions.

Regular travel across the South of England and to Huntingdon offices is expected. The role leverages a strong fleet management background in the UK, with a focus on customer service, sales discipline and timely

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK contract hire and fleet management industry.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• No specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements for this role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve fleet delivery targets through focussed and measured account management.
• Deliver results by adding value and broadening the product take-up within each customer.
• Manage complex and growing customer relationships, along with developing new business activity and opportunities.
• Understand and handle customer specific credit renewals & KYC requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the UK contract hire and fleet management industry.
• Ability to develop and implement suitable vehicle policies for companies looking to transition electric vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of the UK contract hire and fleet management industry.
• Ability to run a sales territory effectively and achieve sales targets.
• Proven experience in relationship management and automotive funding solutions.
• Sales focussed and results driven with the ability to work to exacting timelines.
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial vehicle fleet operations.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
