Job summary

PLUGBIKES LTD in London, UK is seeking a Finance Analyst cum Commercial Electric 2 Wheeler Fleet Operational Manager to blend financial acumen with fleet operations. The role supports asset finance modeling and lending reporting to drive strategic objectives in electric mobility.

You will develop asset finance models, monitor depreciation and lease terms, prepare lending reports, and oversee procurement, maintenance and disposal of the fleet to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in financial analysis, asset management, or commercial lending roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Familiarity with asset finance models, lease accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Experience in EV industry or fleet management is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset finance models and provide insights.
• Monitor asset performance, depreciation, lease terms and residual values.
• Prepare and review lending reports and track loan performance.
• Oversee fleet operations, procurement, maintenance and disposal to optimize efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within fleet operations.
