Job summary

Corpay One, Inc. in Swindon is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth within Allstar Business Solutions.

You will target medium to large fleets with EV charging solutions, largely via phone and video calls, while joining a high‑performing team. Based in Swindon with an initial five days in the office and a hybrid option after training, you will build relationships, hit revenue targets, and represent Corpay's values across the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Experience in SaaS sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection.

Responsibilities

• Selling to new and existing customers, focusing on fleet operators and EV charging solutions.
• Achieving individual revenue and sales targets.
• Prospecting, selling and onboarding new clients across the medium to large fleet segment.
• Regular commercial reviews of the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and risks.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to maximise value and deliver professional service.
• Continuously training to deepen product knowledge and market awareness.
