Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an EU Retail Project Lead to coordinate European retail initiatives with country teams, distributors and licensees. You will translate strategy into actionable market plans, manage milestones and escalate risks.

You will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain and country leaders to monitor performance, drive execution and ensure compliant, consistent processes across markets. Travel ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business, retail management or similar field.
• Understanding of retail industry, including franchise operations, financial management, and marketing strategies is a plus.
• Executional leadership: translate strategic priorities into practical plans and coordinate teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Financial acumen: analyze financial data, develop business plans and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in global contexts with awareness of cultural differences and their impact on operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and status reporting across European retail initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional project planning and execution and ensure alignment with strategies, scope and timelines.
• Facilitate governance meetings, document decisions and drive accountability for actions.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; develop mitigations and escalate decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to share best practices and ensure consistent processes.
