Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to accelerate growth across 15-20 wholesale and cash & carry accounts in the UK. You will drive distribution, increase product availability, and grow market share in the OOH Ice Cream channel.

The role is remote-based with monthly attendance at our Kingston Upon Thames office. You will build strong customer partnerships, lead activation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit sales targets and grow

Formación

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially minded with focus on profit delivery and customer management.
• Ability to analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver P&L across wholesalers and cash & carry accounts.
• Drive sales growth, market share, profitability, and distribution.
• Use sales data to track performance and support decisions.
• Develop customer account plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Lead JBP activity and document plans and reviews.
• Create and implement customer incentive programmes.
• Manage forecasts and financial accruals with accuracy.
• Identify new opportunities and nurture existing partnerships.
• Conduct regular business reviews to plan future growth.
