Job summary

Ben & Jerry’s Datchet is recruiting a EU Retail Project Lead to drive the European retail growth agenda. You will partner with country leaders, distributors, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actions, manage milestones, and mitigate risks across markets.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office and ~30% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business, retail management or similar field.
• Understanding of retail industry, including franchise operations, financial management, and marketing strategies is a plus.
• Strong project management, relationship leadership, and business operations capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Head of Scooping in implementing the European retail growth strategy.
• Drive cross-functional project planning and execution for key European retail initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Work with country business leaders to translate agreed priorities into actionable market plans and coordinate delivery across local teams.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, document decisions, assign follow-up actions, and drive accountability for agreed deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and resource dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate decisions or tradeoffs when required.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and country business leaders to monitor performance, track key metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and provide regular, concise updates on performance, milestones, risks, and recommended actions.
