Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to drive growth across Europe, focusing on GLP-1 space and pharma clients. This remote role demands hands-on experience in winning new business with mid-to-large pharma and building strategic relationships, reporting to executive leadership.

Travel domestically and internationally is required to expand in designated markets, including Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Win new business and manage existing relationships with medium to large pharma
• Lead full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution
• Collaborate with tech, project mgmt, operations and execs for client satisfaction
• Represent the org at conferences and client meetings
