Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners seeks a Senior Business Development Lead to drive expansion across Europe, with hands-on experience in winning new business in GLP-1 space for pharma services. This remote role reports to executive leadership and focuses on securing strategic opportunities while strengthening client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a life sciences background, an MBA or advanced degree, and a proven track record closing complex deals in CDMO or pharmaceutical sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in CDMO, peptide, oligonucleotide, or pharma services.
• Proven track record closing high-value technical service agreements.
• Network in European GLP-1 peptide sales is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to grow revenue.
• Win new business and manage key pharma relationships.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
