Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead to spearhead European growth from a remote base. You will direct the established BD team, drive new business with mid-to-large pharma, and build strategic client relationships across Europe and beyond.

This is the most senior BD role in Europe and requires hands-on leadership of high-value opportunities. Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape strategic growth initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and

Qualifications

Experience in business development within CDMO or pharmaceutical services sectors.
Network in European GLP-1 peptide sales.
Proven success closing complex, high-value technical service agreements.
Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the European business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Win new business and manage relationships with medium to large pharmaceutical clients.
Identify, qualify and engage prospective clients within Europe and other global markets.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
Expand and deepen relationships with strategic accounts and forecast opportunities.
