Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Win new business with mid-to-large pharma and manage key accounts.
• Lead the BD team and collaborate with technical and project management teams.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract completion.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
