Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Director to accelerate Fire & Security service growth across Europe. You will drive recurring and non-recurring revenues, strengthen customer relationships, and lead strategic initiatives across multiple countries and business lines.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA is an advantage.
10+ years of experience within a service-focused business environment.
Proven track record in driving commercial growth and delivering measurable business results.
Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

Lead the European service growth strategy for recurring and non-recurring service business.
Drive service sales performance and support country teams in achieving growth targets.
Deploy and drive service sales campaigns, lifecycle value propositions, and customer-focused growth programs.
Partner with service operations leadership to establish scalable models for revenue generation.
Leverage CRM and digital sales tools to improve pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
Monitor business performance through KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
