Job summary

Lua is building the AI-native sales motion in Europe. As the first SDR in the UK/Europe you will own outbound prospecting, identify target accounts, and hands-off qualified opportunities to Account Executives while shaping how Lua sources and qualifies pipeline in a fast-growing market.

You will work in a London-based hybrid setup, with a base salary of $38k plus commission, and an equity incentive plan. A direct path into closing roles or onboarding new SDRs awaits as the team scales.

Qualifications

• First SDR to build outbound motion from scratch.
• 2+ years in B2B prospecting, ideally SaaS/AI to mid-market or enterprise.
• Able to discuss AI use cases across industries.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound end-to-end, targeting UK/Europe and book qualified meetings.
• Maintain prioritized target accounts with sales leadership.
• Refine and manage AI SDR tooling, sequences and enrichment workflows.
• Qualify opportunities and hand over cleanly to Account Executives.
• Track funnel quality from outreach to revenue and keep CRM accurate.
